We wish to invite you and your organization to
participate in our 8th annual event. This year the festival will be a
five-day  extravaganza to be held in the Village of Lexington, primarily
at Community Park, on Wednesday August 18th through Sunday, August 22nd. We
are looking for organizations that would like to set up a display,
promote or sell products, perform a demonstration, or highlight any
acceptable activity during our family festival. Goal is to have fun.
Please plan on providing your own tables, chairs and enclosures, unless
requested and paid in full prior to August 1, 2010.
Times: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (optional) Setup after 2:00 PM, events start at 4:00 PM
until 10:00 PM
Saturday: Setup between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, we are asking that all
booths stay open until at 6PM.
Sunday: Start time Noon.
