Blueberry Idol

Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

The sixth annual Blueberry Idol will be held this year from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm on Sunday, August 19th. We are looking for individuals that would like to perform on our stage in a family fun competition! All applications are subject to limited space, time availability and weather conditions. There are three categories this year with two winners per category:

• 12 and under
• 13-17
• 18 and older

There will be Judges' Pick winners and Audience Choice winners for each category. The Judges' Pick winners will win a plaque and $50.00, and the Audience Choice winners will receive a trophy. There will be three adult judges this year that are musically active and known throughout the community. The audience can vote for their favorite for 50 cents per vote.

The entry fee is $10. Any performer under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver. Click here to print the registration form and waiver of liability. All applications and dues need to be mailed or turned in to the Lexington's Village Hall Attn: Blueberry Idol by August 13th, 2012.

The winner's of each category, both the judges' pick and the audience choice, will be asked to repeat their performance at 5:00PM on Sunday August 19th.
