The Lexington Blueberry Festival is fast becoming known as one of the finest family focused traditions in the Mid-Ohio area. One of its goals is to allow all civic organizations in the area to showcase their services to the community to have a wholesome low cost family event – we’d love to continue this theme. Whether you’re attending to watch talented local children perform on our stage or the soccer field, listen to the numerous local bands, or to enjoy the many games and contests planned for adults and children, the Festival has something for everyone.

The 2008 Festival saw a crowd of over 8,000 people! With increased marketing through radio, local and regional newspapers, and television, we are planning to increase our attendance again in 2009. Will your name be listed as a supporter of this worthy cause for hundreds and thousands to see? Review the sponsorship levels below and please choose the one that fits your budget. Any size sponsorship will greatly aid the Festival’s efforts in helping grow the community family.
We wish to invite you and your organization to donate to our 6th annual event. We offer exciting new options for you to help us this year. Sponsorships get your company listed on our printed programs, and listed on our website.

We have 7 levels of sponsorship this year:

In addition to the sponsorship levels, we are adding street banners on Main Street in Lexington Ohio. We are adding a sponsor banner to the bottom of each street banner. The size of each sponsor banner is 12” tall and 24” long. We are selling these sponsor banners for $100.00 the first year and $50.00 each year after. The street banners will go up around August 1st and stay up during the festival. Click here for more information and the application form.

Community Icon Event Sponsor

As a Community Icon Event Sponsor, you will receive:

• Your company name on all 2008 Festival publicity including event posters, internet site, and event schedules
• Company recognition as the event Sponsor in Festival literature and advertising
• The opportunity to hang your company banner or display company equipment at the Festival
• Three free festival tee shirts
• Company representative on the Festival committee
• Free parade participation
• One large free booth areas with electric

Blueberry Pie a la Mode (Platinum) Event Sponsor

As a Blueberry Pie a la Mode (Platinum) Event Sponsor, you will receive:

• Your company name on all 2008 Festival publicity including event posters, internet site, and event schedules
• Company recognition as the event Sponsor in Festival literature and advertising
